Pump-Probe Reflectivity Setup

Experimental setup for time-resolved investigations of (in)coherent lattice dynamics induced by light. Implementation as described by Kang et al. (Rev. Sci. Instr. 79, 114901 (2008)).
Shorted Waveguide Ferromagnetic Resonance (SW-FMR) setup

In this classical setup we can enforce precessional dynamics of ferromagnetic spins in a thin film by means of resonant absorption of electromagnetic radiation (12-18 GHz). This process is controlled by a static magnetic field.
