Seminar on German and international family law

In the summer semester 2025, Prof. Dr Dr h.c. Volker Lipp is offering a seminar on German and international family law. The seminar is expected to take place in a block towards the end of the lecture period in the summer semester 2025.
The seminar offers the opportunity to write a seminar paper or student research project as part of the specialisation area examination for specialisation area 3 (civil law and civil administration of justice).

Time and Place:
The preliminary discussion will take place on 21 January 2025 at 1 pm c.t. in room JUR 1.123. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions. Interested parties are requested to attend this meeting or to be represented.

Further information:
Due to the capacity limit of the course, no preparatory work can be offered. Preparatory courses, courses for Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes and Erasmus courses can be completed in the proseminar on European family law.
